We are searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our St. Louis Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project design approach for specific discipline at project start up.
- Lead client management; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
- Presents design to client and coordinates with other disciplines and consultants. May be involved in project/client pursuits.
- Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule.
- Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.
- Participates in project debriefs and lesson's learned sessions.
- Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects.
- Communicates and improves some design processes with other team members.
- Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.
- Mentor other Designers and Engineers. Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers and engineers.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: 8 years of applicable experience. Experience within healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.
Software Skills:
- Revit
- SKM Power Tools - Electrical System Analysis
- Various lighting design software
Office Tools:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
