Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hospitality operations
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support in coordinating catering events and functions
- Handle POS systems and resolve any technical issues
- Assist with food handling procedures and quality control
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory control, and POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Hospitality management degree or related certification is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
