Position Summary:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽seeking an experienced, motivated, full-time CAD Designer to support our Civil Engineers in designing and drafting Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Roadway Plan and Profiles, Cross Sections, and general Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Plans. Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD 2016 or newer (with Civil 3D a plus) and an understanding of State and Local City/County Development Codes.
Position Requirements :
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Design & CAD drafting experience on residential & commercial land development projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with land development site layouts, grading & stormwater design, utility design, roadway plan & profiles, general civil infrastructure plans, erosion & sediment control design, and general civil engineering/infrastructure plans
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5 years of relevant land development experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Outstanding organizational skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with industry accepted software
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of State, City, and County Development Codes in the greater Tampa Bay area
