Job Summary
The Construction Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective practices
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for document management
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera software
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury residential construction industry
- Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- OSHA certifications ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Proficiency in project scheduling and management
- Hands-on experience with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans and architectural drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
