Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and manage the maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high voltage systems, project management, and facilities management.
Duties
- Fabricate, install, maintain, and repair high voltage equipment
- Supervise and lead maintenance staff in daily tasks
- Manage projects related to facility maintenance and upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems are operating efficiently
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other equipment
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff members
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Experience in facilities management and overseeing maintenance operations
- Knowledge and skill in utilizing hand tools, jacks, chain hoist, electrical test equipment, etc.
- Proven success and demonstrated hands-on skills in mechanical and some electrical techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.52 - $29.15 per hour
