What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive - BAS industry position at BSA-Tech?
- 5-7 years experience (or close to that) working in the BAS industry
- 5-7 years sales experience (or close to that) in sales, preferably B2B
- Experience selling to end users like business owners or high-level commercial customers – NOT selling to other contractor companies, not supplier/distributor sales, not a manufacturer’s rep
- Act as partner to the facility on any large BAS systems upgrades & replacements and projects
- They act as account managers responsible for a book of commercial building accounts to sell large BAS system replacements
- Perform technical assessments and able to discuss equipment, equipment age, and life expectancy
- Need to educate customers on repair vs replacement ROI, if a replacement or redesign is better & implications of each, need to be able to discuss strategic financial implications based on the business and get to know the businesses
- They work with our BAS team to develop the best solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
