What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator - K12 position at BSA-Tech?
Key Result Areas
1. Accuracy of estimating products (i.e., budgets, bids, scopes) to within /- 5% of total project costs.
2. Timeliness of all budgets, bid products, and project start-up documents.
3. Profitability of company through efficient and effective bid products that serve and support the
operations divisions to successfully deliver a project.
4. Zero loss to the Company’s bottom line by developing, implementing, and enforcing risk management
practices, to include; contractual accuracy and alignment.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge in all types, and aspects of construction, so as to allow management of the estimating
and bidding process on which many activities occur simultaneously.
2. Comprehend and interpret prime contract documents, as executed between the owner and the
Company, and to thoroughly understand subcontract agreements and how they are to be enforced.
3. Know and understand all current laws, insurance requirements, and contract documents and how
they pertain to specific construction projects.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project) and Bluebeam.
5. Knowledge of Construction Industry document control software (i.e., Project Sight, Procore, etc.)

6. 7-10 years experience in Field Operations.
7. Degree in Construction Related Field Recommended.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
