What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grading Foreman position at BSA-Tech?
Skills Needed:
- Ability to operate a motor grader, skid steer, roller, etc; John Deere 622GP and/or CAT 120 Motor Grader.
- Minimum 2-3 years as a Grading Foreman is required.
- Asphalt paving experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with utilizing technology and software: Ipad, Iphone, and computer.
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Professionalism in conducting interactions with customers, office staff, and crew.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
