What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Development Project Manager position at BSA-Tech?
- Registration as a Professional Engineer is required
- BS in Civil Engineering required. Advanced degree in the area of work specialization is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of related industry & project management experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices relating to appropriate discipline.
- Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others.
- Effective manager of people with the ability to inspire, lead, communicate, support, and mentor.
- Sound mathematical skills are required.
- Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
