Qualifications:
Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
Can read and understand blueprints
Metal Building experience wanted, but not required
3 years experience commercial/industrial construction
Strong Organization Skills for coordinating complex construction projects
Budgeting and Project Management experience
Experience in coordinating construction schedules and teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Texas
Certification in Construction Management or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
