This is a long-term (18 - 20 month ( Contract )) on-site Construction Superintendent role located in the College Station. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site management, ensuring construction safety, demonstrating strong organization skills, managing budgets, and project management.
The Superintendent manages designated field activities associated with the project and supervises designated field construction work by subcontractors and employees. The Superintendent assists the project team to ensure the project is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with W3 Global's Client policies and procedures and the focus on our vision and purpose through Service, Talent and Choices.
Qualifications :
REQUIRIED ) Project List experience with large projects (Commercial or Industrial)
REQUIRIED ) 5 years' experience commercial and / or industrial construction experience
REQUIRIED ) Experienced candidate which can operate with little to no supervision
Metal Building experience wanted, but not required
Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
Can read and understand blueprints
Strong Organization Skills for coordinating complex construction projects
Budgeting and Project Management experience
Experience in coordinating construction schedules and teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Texas
Certification in Construction Management or related fields is a plus
