We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided leads or self-researched lists.
• Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and evaluating fit with our services/products.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or lead generation is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with diverse personalities over the phone.
