Multifamily Architect Level 1

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Engage in all phases of project development, from initial concept through construction administration.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using industry-standard CAD and BIM software.
• Ensure design integrity by conducting quality checks to confirm compliance with project standards and building codes.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and relevant materials.
• Research applicable building codes, ordinances, and materials to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to facilitate integrated project delivery.
• Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in client meetings and contributing valuable insights.
• Assist in coordinating design reviews, documenting feedback, and supporting seamless design integration.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field, with a strong multifamily project experience preferred.
• Active architectural license required.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Demonstrated experience in multifamily residential projects, with a strong understanding of design standards, building codes, and project complexities specific to multifamily developments.
• Ability to ensure accuracy in technical documents and detail work, maintaining a high level of quality in project deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively within the team and with clients. 
• Works effectively in a collaborative environment remains receptive to feedback, and adapts designs to meet changing project needs.
• Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
