Qualifications
What You'll Do:
- Engage in all phases of project development, from initial concept through construction administration.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using industry-standard CAD and BIM software.
- Ensure design integrity by conducting quality checks to confirm compliance with project standards and building codes.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and relevant materials.
- Research applicable building codes, ordinances, and materials to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to facilitate integrated project delivery.
- Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in client meetings and contributing valuable insights.
- Assist in coordinating design reviews, documenting feedback, and supporting seamless design integration.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field, with a strong multifamily project experience preferred.
- Active architectural license required.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Demonstrated experience in multifamily residential projects, with a strong understanding of design standards, building codes, and project complexities specific to multifamily developments.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in technical documents and detail work, maintaining a high level of quality in project deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively within the team and with clients.
- Works effectively in a collaborative environment remains receptive to feedback, and adapts designs to meet changing project needs.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
