Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Controls Division as a Part-Time Purchasing / Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing data entry tasks and handling the purchasing of electrical components. This position offers a flexible schedule within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry related to purchasing and inventory records.
- Process purchase orders for electrical components and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update records in the company’s database and inventory systems.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify purchasing needs.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and error-free.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in purchasing or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
