Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :  Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple brands, driving global recognition and growth.
• Brand Development :  Elevate and position multiple brands as market leaders in the construction technology industry through targeted campaigns and messaging.
• Demand Generation :  Lead efforts to create demand for products through business development marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), partnership development, and innovative digital marketing tactics.
• Team Leadership :  Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals, ensuring accountability, and fostering a collaborative culture. Actively participate and "do the work" when required to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Market Analysis :  Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with product teams, sales, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
