We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team to partner with business leaders across the organization, to build a high performing, cultivating and collaborative organization. This individual will report to the VP, HR Business Partner and provide HR expertise to all leaders and employees.
WHAT YOU WILL DO : Business Partner :
- Strategic thought partner who collaborates with business and HR partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
- Partner with internal clients to establish relationships and understand business imperatives to implement HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs.
- Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on beneficial programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Partner with HR leadership on enhancing core HR processes including performance management, engagement survey analysis, learning initiatives, and employee lifecycle.

SALARY RANGE : 90,000 - $135,000
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Works primarily in an office environment but is encouraged to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
