Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Madison
Hours: 7am-3:30pm

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to oversee the operations and employees at a facility in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead staff within the building.
- Ensure all work is completed by all employees.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coordination of resident activities including setup, and cleanup.
- Assist with cleaning resident rooms.
- Interact with residents in a positive, professional manner.
- Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage, storage, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies or urgent situations as needed.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and resident privacy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High regard for professionalism.
