Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product initiatives.
- Define product roadmap and long-term vision, considering market demands, technological advancements, and consumer preferences.
- Brief research team and assist in creation and execution of consumer intelligence focus groups and studies.

- Product Development and Launch:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation and meet business objectives.
- Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, messaging, and sales enablement activities.
- Create launch toolkit in collaboration with brand marketing team to enable consumer facing campaigns, retail assets, and digital marketing presence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company's product portfolio, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Presentations to senior leadership in North America and Globally.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify areas for product optimization and enhancement.

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field) – Required
- Master's Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field) – Preferred
- 7-10 Years of Experience (Product Marketing experience) – Required
- 5-7 Years of Experience (Project Management experience) – Required
- 3-5 Years of Experience (People Leadership experience) – Required
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing product lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive collaboration, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
- Knowledge of product development methodologies, market research techniques, and competitive analysis tools.
- Passion for understanding of consumer preferences and market trends.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
