Your Responsibilities
Manages recruitment and talent acquisition process/initiatives for assigned client groups. Sets and reports on local KPIs, and ROI on recruiting solutions. Understands the desired culture aligned with the company’s global strategy and regional employment and economic trends.
Job Functions
- Responsible for finding top talent to fill positions in addition to writing job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, extending job offers, and keeping accurate records of all candidates.
- Keeps up with BSH philosophies and recruiting needs.
- Uses social media and networking, etc. to provide best results for the business.
- Works with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fill open requisitions.
- Coaches, trains, and supports hiring manager in interview, recruitment, hiring, and employment processes.
- Prepares and posts internal and external job postings.
- Corresponds with applicants during entire recruiting process to ensure candidates’ experience satisfies hiring manager’s/department’s needs and standards.
- Provides job offer recommendations using market info, internal equity, and business needs.
- Works with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fill open requisitions. Assists in recruiting as needed for other locations in RNA (Region North America).
- Keeps knowledgeable of industry talent acquisition practices and incorporates best practices into Company processes. Reviews external workforce factors and market trends to effectively change talent acquisition strategies to quickly respond to market demands.
- Oversees and manages external search firms and employment agencies.
- Uses hiring analytics to track applicable metrics to measure processes to ensure continued improvement and effectiveness.
- Organizes and participates in job fairs and recruiting events: coordinates events, collect and set up materials, and interact with candidates. May create marketing materials and recommend direction of advertisements.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- 4-Year College Degree (Human Resources, Business Admin, or similar) – Required
- 0-2 years – Full Cycle Recruitment Experience – Required
- Ability to work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday in the office (40 Hours/week)
- Comfortable managing challenging situations
- Ability to analyze and evaluate job knowledge and appropriate skill-set and cultural fit for various positions within the organization
- Ability to manage recruitment for influx of multiple positions simultaneously
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational planning with respect to staffing
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills; influencing skills
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client and candidate expectations
- Sound judgment and a broad knowledge of the local employment market
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues, and management.
- Agile, customer-centric, and high focus on continuous improvement.
- Normal office equipment; e.g., computer, copier, fax machine, etc.
- Applicant Tracking System – e.g. Taleo or other system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert in social media research and uses
