What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at BSI (Building Service Inc.)?
The ideal candidate must be a highly organized and motivated individual. They will report to the Director of Customer Service and will support the Account Executives by processing orders and maintaining client projects.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely manner
- End-to-end account ownership from initiation to managing budget, timeline and deliverables
- Manage the team status reports and update them on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality and comfortable communicating individually or within groups
- Vendor and Customer communication experience
- Prior exposure to Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical thinking
