The pay range for this position is $28.24-$37.72 paid hourly, offers will be based on the successful candidate's experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Project Support: Provide coordination and planning support to Project Managers and Engineers throughout all
project phases - Document Administration: Administer project documents, including contracts, and maintain project
management reporting software. - File Management: Create, update, and distribute project/client files; generate schedules and reports.
- Budget Tracking: Assist with tracking project budgets and support accounting with the preparation of client
invoicing. - Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and attend design and construction meetings, ensuring accurate
documentation and follow-up. - Communication: Assist managers with client and contractor communications, maintaining professional and
timely exchanges. - Change Order Management: Support change order management, including estimates and quality control.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize project management or task management software to support project activities
effectively.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Extensive experience with architectural, engineering, and/or construction organizations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management or task management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary : $28 - $38
