Sales and Design Project Manager

The Sales Project Manager role is a dynamic and multifaceted position that integrates sales prospecting, project management, design consultation, and administrative duties. This role is crucial for driving project success by managing smooth operations, seizing sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving, working collaboratively with both sales and project management teams to meet and exceed company objectives. Key responsibilities and expectations:

Sales & Prospecting:

· Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through relationship building and follow-up.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Utilize CRM tools to track prospects, manage leads, and maintain ongoing client communication.

· Project Management & Design Consultation:

· Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and installation of commercial kitchen equipment.

· Assist in designing and laying out commercial kitchens, providing expert consultation to clients.

· Manage project documentation, including quotes, drawings, and scope of work.

Field Work & Logistics Coordination:

· Conduct site inspections, measure spaces, and coordinate with contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

· Track orders, confirm receipt of goods, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.

· Lead field meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Administrative & Support Duties:

· Maintain organized project documentation and update equipment lists.

· Support quoting and bidding processes, providing feedback to the design team and end users.

· Coordinate schedules for deliveries and installations, ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Customer Service & Internal Communication:

· Provide professional and prompt follow-up with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

· Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth project execution.

· Proactively address potential issues and provide solutions before they escalate.

Performance Expectations:

· Achieve $1.5 million in contract sales by the end of the first calendar year.

· Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management, overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

· Spearhead field meetings, authenticate submittals, and enforce SOPs established by BSR Management team

· Gain deep expertise in commercial kitchen equipment and systems to drive collaborative, educational sales and design

· Adapt to evolving project and team needs, taking on additional duties as required by Leadership team

Requirements:

· Proven experience in B2I sales, project management, and Commercial kitchen ops (2-5 years preferred).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management tools.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
