What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at BSS Window Treatments?
This is a 1099 Office Assistant Position
We are a small family business looking for someone to join our family.
Pay would be between $10 - $15 per hour based on experience, with possible raises based on performance.
Hours would be 8:30 am – 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 am – 1:00 pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Receives and distributes communications
- Copy and store information in customer profiles
- Provides office communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status.
- Data entry and management
- Able to be professional but firm with customers
