BTA Management Inc provides local sales and business development solutions to clients within the local Denver region. We are able to understand the local trends and customer preferences to build intimate plans for expanding their market presence and increasing their sales.
As a Client Associate, you will be communicating directly with those within the target customer base to help drive sales success for our clients. They meet with customers in person to recommend products and services tailored to their needs, delivering solutions that improve efficiency over time.
Client Associate Responsibilities:
- Initiate communication that translates into sales for clients within the Denver area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer through in-person communications, outreach, and entry-level sales initiatives
- Leverage effective sales and customer service techniques to identify customer needs and generate qualified appointments for the Client Account Manager and Sales Teams.
- Organize and execute daily tasks, follow-ups, and client communications to maintain strong relationships
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, from entry-level functions to executive-level operations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive profitability and long-term value for clients.
- Lead the development and execution of client campaign strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of client brands, promotional services, and revenue goals to support business growth
Qualities of the Client Associate:
- Interest in business development and sales, with a focus on local and regional preferences
- Previous experience in communications, customer service, sales, retail, client relations, or a similar role
- Ability to complete tasks independently and with the Client Associate team
- Reliability in transportation, time management, and attendance
- Proper usage of client-provided technology to complete sales and maintain customer confidentiality

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
