Sales Administrator
BTC Power is looking to find a talented, efficient Sales Administrator to join a growing organization. This position is a mid-level staff position. A strong candidate is expected to contribute to process improvements and take ownership of the monthly sales forecast process, analyze business data for decision making, maintain and publish price lists and model numbers in SalesForce, provide inside sales support, and other duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Major responsibilities :
- Provide primary telephone support for the sales group
- Respond to sales department emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate salesperson
- Consolidate and publish the monthly sales forecast
- Work in harmony with the order entry team to ensure that all sales order information and schedules are accurate and entered properly
- Analyze and present business data including funnel, forecast, backlog, and financials
- Provide interface between sales organization and operations team
- Maintain the Product price lists and oversee product number (SKU) system
- Assist in developing Charger data base system
- Participate in various department-wide initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in an administrative office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting and filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary, and to assist with the set-up and tear-down of exhibition items.
