Full-cycle Recruiter
- Strategic Recruiting Initiatives : With direction from the Senior Director of HR, develop recruiting processes and procedures to ensure BTI can attract and retain qualified personnel on all security contracts in its portfolio.
- Talent Acquisition : Plans and attends recruiting events and hiring fairs to find qualified personnel for our diverse security contracts.
- Database Knowledge : Understand how to recruit using databases such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Administrative Capabilities : Ability to screen candidates' resumes and job applications, initiate background checks, check professional references, and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within the schedule, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, onboard new employees to become fully integrated and Act as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Compliance-oriented : Verify all employee credentials, ensure background / reference checks are complete, and stay abreast of changing HR Laws.
- Data Gathering : Assist with all aspects of employee onboarding and maintain an active pipeline.
- Performs other duties as assigned
