S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has an HR Recruiting opportunity for a leading Financial Services Client in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA on a hybrid basis! Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA- hybrid - 3x on site and 2x remote
Duration: 12 months possible extension
Pay Rate: $35-45/hr. W2
Qualifications & Description:
Full Life-Cycle Recruiting
Must have experience with w/ LinkedIn recruiter, GSuite (Google Workspace) Workday
Anticipate recruiting for Risk, Audit, Finance, BS/BA, Product or other exempt type positions
Nice to have: Data Analyst, Data Scientist or other tech roles experience
Consultative, strong executive presence & communication working with hiring managers
Someone who will learn the business and deliver the requirements of the position
Volume determined by business needs (3-5 hires per month)
Salary : $35 - $45
