Minimum Requirements
Desired candidates should have at least an associate’s degree (any field of study) or 4 years of credible progressive civilian/military law enforcement or business management experience that demonstrates the individual’s capacity to effectively manage multiple security guard services contracts.

Job Skills / Requirements
- Provide day-to-day oversight of all contract financials to include training, personnel scheduling, and overtime mitigation.
- Serve as direct Supervisor to 7-10 contract Managers in the NCR.
- Assists in daily data entry in support of contract operations, primarily focused on payroll and compliance (TAMS).
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate operations reports daily, weekly, and monthly to be used for operational and staffing management.
- Managing resources and equipment assigned to a specific site to include but not limited to weapons, ammunition, vehicles, vehicle equipment, duty equipment, uniforms, and hardware.
- Oversee all matters of training to include but not limited to on-the-job training and refresher courses.
- Develop work schedule, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
- Actively involved in reviewing and writing disciplinary action reports for all infractions that are stated by the BTI Employee Handbook and CBA and conducting investigations.
- Ensure that all assigned personnel follow the corporate policies, handbook and CBA.
- Develop and implement new and revised systems, as necessary, process development and operating procedures.
- Resolves complaints from staff and/or informs Operations Manager for assistance.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of multiple contract compliance requirements in accordance with the contract Statement of Work (SOW) and CBA.
- Motivate and lead high performance work teams with a focus on developing and mentoring contract leadership.
- Represent the company with clients as an active participant in business development and growth opportunities.
- Receives instruction and guidance from the Director of Operations
- All other duties as assigned.
- Visit all contracts at least weekly to develop rapport with subordinates and client.
- Must be available during regular working hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time) and within thirty (60) minutes by telephone or in person to discuss deficiencies; after regular duty hours or on weekends and holidays, within two (2) hours
- Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time and multitask.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
