Lead IT Project Manager and Analyst
General Description :
The PM & BA is crucial in an organization by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to plan the assigned projects, allocate the resources, cost simulation, and generate the IT requirements based on the collected data, business requirements, and processes. The BA & QA shall create test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure all requirements are correctly developed and applied.
Essential Responsibilities :
Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goalsMaintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reportsManaging resources for projects, such as human resources and other project related resourcesCoordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilitiesImplementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budgetUsing project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherenceConducting risk assessments for projectsOrganizing meetings to discuss project goals and progressCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirementsAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisionsLead the requirement analysis session with the business stakeholdersDevelop and document business process models to illustrate current and future statesPropose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectivesWork with the development team and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goalsCommunicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executivesCreate detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutionsDevelop and document the test cases and test scenarios to test out whether the requirements are correctly developed and applied to the new / existing applicationsExecute the test scenarios and validate new systems and processes to meet business requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization effortsWrite technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flow charts, User / Operation Manuals, and other project-related documentsMust Have the Following Competencies :
