Business Technology Integrators (BTI) , Government Contracting company located in Upper Marlboro, MD We are seeking a Data Governance & Technical Integration Specialist to support documentation, integration, and governance activities for the VA’s Data Quality Program. This role combines deep understanding of technical requirements with experience in business rule development and data stewardship.

- Review and comment on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Executive Decision Memos (EDMs), New Service Requests (NSRs), Integration Requirements Specification Documents (iRSDs), and Integration System Design Documents (iSDDs) .
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, anomaly log reviews, and formal review cycles for governance and technical documentation .
- Support data governance and stewardship activities, including documentation of decisions, policy alignment, and issue resolution
- Collaborate on the development, modification, and validation of enterprise-level business rules and data quality requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test plan creation, execution, and requirements traceability .
- Prepare written summaries of findings, document compliance gaps, and make recommendations for integration alignment with VA policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required; project management, data governance, or informatics discipline preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical documentation, requirements analysis, or data governance in a healthcare or federal environment.
- Familiarity with BRDs, EDMs, NSRs, iRSDs, iSDDs, and federal data quality standards.
- Experience with user-centered design, business rule validation, and process documentation.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to lead technical discussions and document decisions
