Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to provide essential administrative support to the Project Management and Physical Relocation Team. This role ensures smooth coordination of schedules, resources, and communications to support efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management and Physical Relocation Team to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for relocation activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external service providers, ensuring timely communication and execution.
- Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and documentation related to dispatch and relocation tasks.
- Monitor and track service requests, assignments, and work progress, addressing any scheduling conflicts.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation for project management needs.
- Support inventory management, materials coordination, and resource allocation for relocation activities.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience in dispatching, administrative support, or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with teams and resolve scheduling issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Attention to detail with strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management support or physical relocation coordination.
- Familiarity with dispatching systems and logistics software.
- Knowledge of Government contracts and relocation processes is a plus.
