Job Purpose
The Prime Brokerage Transition Team seeks an Analyst to in the New York Office. This team navigates prospective and existing clients through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate coordinates with clients to obtain all required documentation and information needed to transition onto the Prime Brokerage platform. The Team manages various processes revolving around a client’s funding date, including introductions to BTIG coverage, technology integrations and custodial requests.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with new, existing and prospective Prime Brokerage clients
- Collect appropriate due diligence and “Know Your Customer” information
- Facilitate processes involving various BTIG divisions, including, but not limited to, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Trading
- Work with Custodians to ensure procedures and requirements are met on an ongoing basis
- Maintain data and statistics on active Prime Brokerage Clients on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly scale for internal business development purposes
- Assist Management with any migration, conversion and onboarding related items as the Prime Brokerage offering expands
- Support Prime Brokerage Operations, Sales and Relationship Managers with account inquiries to keep client files current and up to date
- College graduate or relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Desire to be part of a team

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

- Series 7 and 63 licenses necessary but not required immediately

Compensation
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
