As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Keep the restaurant clean every day by wiping tables, sweeping and mopping the floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and cleaning the restrooms.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness standards.
