We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the establishment.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote services and enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or as an Assistant Manager in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of kitchen management practices and food industry standards.
• Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent for various roles.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
