Commercial Real Estate Associate

We are currently seeking a mid to senior level associate to support our Sacramento office's Commercial Real Estate practice group. General responsibilities include representation of clients in commercial real estate matters related to the acquisition, ownership and disposition of real property, including purchase and sale transactions, development, financing, leasing, title matters, easements and CC&Rs. Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Admission to the CA bar 5+ years transactional experience in commercial real estate law Knowledge of loan processes, escrow and real estate documentation Strong understanding of superior client service and commitment to meeting deadlines with high-quality work product Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting and writing skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behavior A career at Buchalter is an opportunity to do exciting work with a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm. Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $200-$275k, with bonus potential of up to $112,500. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidates years of practice and experience and performance.
