BE is looking for a Project Manager with experience leading a team in providing total systems support; from systems management and operations to software development and user support. The incoming PM should have a background in leading Agile software development in a DOD environment and familiar with DOD, US Navy, and DISA requirements for application security and operations in both cloud and on-premise environments. Having a background, either as a civil servant or as an active military member in the USMC, US Navy, PEO-MLB, or with the USMC MITSM programs would be a huge plus.

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

• Be the face of BE to our DOD customer
• Lead BEs efforts in our DOD / USMC accounts and be responsible for on time, within budget delivery of IT solutions in support of our contracts.
• Be responsible for the coordination of activities between our team and the Prime and Subcontractors that we conduct business with.
• Be responsible for the performance and development of the team necessary to deliver cutting edge solutions and meet contract deliverables.
• Contribute to our overall Account Management and Business Development strategy for the Navy and Marine Corps.
• Participate in proposal development efforts.

• 10 Years of progressive experience in software development
• 5 Years of team leadership experience
• Secret Security Clearance

• BS Degree – preferably in Computer Science or other IT related field
• PMP or Agile Certifications
• Familiar with US Navy & USMC Systems
