What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Repair, troubleshoot and maintain tractor trailers
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on tractor trailers
- Troubleshoots various systems, to include electrical, drive train, HVAC, brake, and engines, identifies needed repairs and performs corrective action
- Uses diagnostic equipment to detect and isolate faults in tractor - trailers and interprets test results
- Other Duties as assigned
- Experience in the field or technical school.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Air and hydraulic brake experience.
- 1-2 years transportation experience required.
- ASE certification
