Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client feedback initiatives, analyze trends, and deliver insights to strengthen client relationships and service delivery.
- Support client service teams by facilitating strategic planning sessions, managing client data, and coordinating relationship-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development, innovation, and marketing teams to implement client-centric strategies and value-added services.
- Design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of client service excellence across the firm.
- Utilize CRM and project management tools to track client interactions and provide data-driven insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting client service metrics and growth opportunities.
- Oversee client engagement content development, including internal resources, newsletters, and client-facing materials.
- Support high-profile client events and firm-wide initiatives to foster client loyalty and showcase firm capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of client engagement, business development, or marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client feedback into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Salary : $150,000 - $185,000
