POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Accountants Receivable Manager to join our accounts receivable team. This position will involve managing the accounts receivable department, recording and reconciling customer payments, generating invoices and statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial reports to management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Accounts Receivable department
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Generate invoices and statements.
- Collect past due balances and keep a log of customer communications.
- Communicate account issues with supervisor.
- Provide financial reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete daily and monthly tasks.
- Prepare taxes or gather tax documents.
- Provide support to the external auditors, Controller and other financial professionals in their duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in accounting.
- Management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
- Experience working with excel files and data analysis.
- Comfortable working with digital documentation.
