What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Repair Roofer: Lead position at Buck Roofing & Construction, LLC?
Buck Roofing has been in business for over 15 years and has completed projects in multiple states throughout the mid-west. We strive to be a hands on contractor with excellent project management and focusing on customer service and responding the needs of the homeowners, building owners, or property managers.
Day to day activities will vary.
Residential side completes roof repairs. Repairs can range from replacing OSB, ice/water shield and shingles, or installing just a few shingles. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable with installation of shake, tile, composite, TPO and EDPM. Additional knowledge of installation and removal of sky-lights, vents, flashing and siding preferred.
We are looking for an independent leader who collaborates with others to attain a common goal while working safely.
Week: Mon-Fri, occasional Sat
Hours: 7am to 5pm (may varies due to weather, projects)

Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $35 - $38/hour depending on experience/capabilities
- Benefits: Medical & Dental Eligibility after 60 Days
- Retirement: 401k with company match after 1 Year
