Title: Social Worker
Location: Grafton, OH
Shift: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 3:30pm
Summary
As a Social Worker, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, your role will involve conducting patient assessments, delivering behavioral therapy, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your core skills in patient care and medical documentation will be essential, while your premium skills in psychotherapy and child & family counseling will enhance your effectiveness. With strong communication skills, you will foster trusting relationships and contribute to the overall well-being of your clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Skills
- Will be working with patients one and one and in group setting and provide healthy coping skills
- Work with a multi disciplinary to insure patients get the best care
- Will conduct rounds in patient housing areas
- Be able to perform charting on patient services that were performed
- Great communication skills are a huge plus
Must have qualification:
- Must have a Social Service degree and have at least 6 months working experience working in a group setting, providing group activities.
- A Social work license is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
