Buckeye Power Sales is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our team for a 3-month project . The primary focus of this role will be to clean up a backlog of receivables , ensuring timely and accurate processing of outstanding invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reviewing and resolving overdue accounts and outstanding invoices
- Processing payments, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Communicating with customers to follow up on outstanding balances
- Assisting in streamlining AR processes for efficiency
