The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Process customer payments and apply them to appropriate accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
- Ability to analyze aging reports and identify delinquent accounts.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
