Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LSW/LPC) to join our Community Based team. This Clinical Supervisor will be directly responsible for the supervision of one of our Intensive Family Support Programs (IFSP). The IFSP Clinical Supervisor will actively participate in program development, strive to understand the rationale for any changes in expectations, and represent the management of the agency to subordinates.

What you’ll do:
- Provide Clinical supervision of Community-based clinicians and Mental Health Specialists scheduled at least biweekly for each individual.
- Conduct group supervision on a bi-weekly basis, and team meetings monthly.
- Approve treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and all progress notes in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.
- Provide support and corrective feedback to clinicians to promote positive client outcomes.
- Understanding special issues regarding age and developmental disabilities, and gender identity/crisis, substance use, mental health conditions, and other needs typically presented by the service population.
- Knowledgeable in interventions for addressing the acute needs of victims of trauma.
- Advocates on behalf of clients and families with external agencies, within the family, and internally.
- Assure documentation meets ODMH, COA, and Medicaid standards ODMH, and Medicaid standards.
- Assure appropriate documentation of clinical effort to allow for peer and supervisory input and meet reporting and communication needs of funding and referral sources.
- Provide direct clinical training to assure clinician competency of staff supervised.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- You have a master's degree in social work or counseling.
- You have at least three years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- You have an Ohio LISW REQUIRED: LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
- You have a driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
