The IFSP Clinical Supervisor will actively participate in program development, strive to understand the rationale for any changes in expectations, and represent the management of the agency to subordinates.

- Provide Clinical supervision of Community-based clinicians and Mental Health Specialists scheduled at least biweekly for each individual.
- Conduct group supervision on a bi-weekly basis, and team meetings monthly.
- Approve treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and all progress notes in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.
- Provide support and corrective feedback to clinicians to promote positive client outcomes.
- Understanding special issues regarding age and developmental disabilities, and gender identity/crisis, substance use, mental health conditions, and other needs typically presented by the service population.
- Knowledgeable in interventions for addressing the acute needs of victims of trauma.
- Advocates on behalf of clients and families with external agencies, within the family, and internally.
- Assure documentation meets ODMH, COA, and Medicaid standards ODMH, and Medicaid standards.
- Assure appropriate documentation of clinical effort to allow for peer and supervisory input and meet reporting and communication needs of funding and referral sources.
- Provide direct clinical training to assure clinician competency of staff supervised.

Who You Are:
- You have a master's degree in social work or counseling.
- You have at least three years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- You have an Ohio LISW REQUIRED: LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
- You have a driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
