- Email Marketing :
- Design and manage automated email campaigns for customer follow-ups and newsletters
- Segment audiences and create targeted messaging strategies
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize for better engagement
- Automated Outreach :
- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns using automation tools
- Create compelling message sequences for different target audiences
- Maintain and clean prospect lists
- Content Creation & Social Media :
- Create and manage daily Reddit content strategy with high-engagement posts
- Produce YouTube Shorts that align with marketing objectives
- Write engaging copy that resonates with target communities
- Build and maintain content calendar across platforms
- Analytics & Optimization :
- Track key conversion metrics across all marketing channels
- Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Create regular reports on campaign performance
- Implement A / B tests to improve conversion rates
Qualifications
2 - 5 years of experience in growth marketing at early to growth stage startups, ideally in B2B DevTools companies
