Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.
The Roofing Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of roofing systems and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.

- Supervise on-site teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Resolve on-site challenges and provide guidance to crew members.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Inspect roofing work to ensure it meets company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in roofing or construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
