Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global payroll team across US, APAC, and EMEA.
- Review and approve 15 biweekly and monthly global payrolls.
- Address management inquiries related to payroll, tax, and reporting.
- Audit payroll data in Workday to ensure accuracy and optimal platform use.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage special projects like workflow documentation, new state registration, and process improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration of external systems with Workday.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for accurate processing, tax remittance, and month-end close.
- Support system integrations, updates, and enhancements impacting global payroll.
- Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and resolve challenges independently.
- Handle payroll compliance for international and multi-state jurisdictions, including audits and garnishments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and 10 years of experience in payroll, accounting, human resources, business studies, or related field
- 5 years of global accounting experience
- Strong proficiency with Workday Payroll software (3 years) is required
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization skills with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, etc) and Google Apps
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
