This role is a key part of the HR function, partnering closely with People Ops, IT, and business leadership to elevate how we use data, systems, and tools to support our growing global organization.
You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping our HR tech landscape, introducing smarter workflows, and helping the firm transition from transactional processes to intelligent, insight-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Collaborate with People Ops and business stakeholders to assess and evolve HR technology infrastructure
- Develop a forward-thinking HR systems roadmap to support scale and complexity as the firm grows
- Drive automation and efficiency across HR processes through strategic use of platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and Culture Amp
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the firm’s compensation process within the HRIS
- Partner with data and analytics teams to build a long-term strategy for people insights and predictive analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tech solutions to enhance HR capabilities
- Promote user adoption and system fluency across the organization through enablement and training
- Contribute to HR systems projects and serve as an internal consultant for process improvement initiatives
Ideal Background & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing HR systems, including strategic HRIS leadership
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and calculated fields with experience in additional technologies/platforms
- Proven track record in HR tech implementation, vendor management, and process redesign
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution; thrives in both high-level planning and hands-on configuration
- Experience navigating complex, high-growth environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
